Why should I submit a review?

1. Your experience matters
You have a story to tell and an experience to share that can be of enormous benefit to others. It may be that you yourself benefitted from the insights of others – or maybe you just wish you had! Many people are looking for help – and with a bewildering choice available, don't know where to turn or who to believe. Finding a platform to air an opinion or share an experience gives us a voice and helps shape awareness and perception.

2. IP's do vary
Good service and positive outcome deserve recognition and commendation. Conversely, an absence of such service and good outcome need highlighting in order to inform the IP in question and flag up a warning to those considering engaging an IP to assist with an IVA application. IP's come in different shapes and sizes – with different skills, approaches and styles.

3. Profiling IP's
The more feedback the more accurate the emerging picture will be. Patterns of service level and approach can be detected as further reviews are received. This collective judgement can hold great influence and be of enormous value in assessing standards and practices. Monitoring performance is a strong incentive for those under review to strive for best quality service and client care.

4. Improving IP's
Comparison sites depend on up to date reviews. There is limited value in reviews from years ago. An IP or IVA firm basking in the glory of past successes may no longer be appropriate and those who have come in for criticism in the past may well have noted the comments and are performing in a much better way. Those under review do take note of the positive and negative comments and hopefully leads to an overall increase in customer satisfaction.

5. Helping Others
Sometimes it does us good to share our observations with a wider audience simply because we want to help. We have an idea of what it's like to face a daunting decision of who to choose and on what basis. Such help could make a huge difference to someone else. Let's face it – we all need a helping hand!

    Good Points
Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
