| I typed the words best insolvency practitioners uk on google, and found a website where they rated many firms including the well known ones on TV etc... I started by calling the big names first but I didnt feel like the person behind the phone was responsive ennough to my personal circumstances, I have noticed that Grosvenors ha d a good rating, and giving them a call that day, did change my life for the better. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| they kept me updated all the time, they never promissed me a successfull outcome, so my hopes wouldnt be shattered by the result, They made me feel really confortable explaining my situation, and they gave me all the advice i needed. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| They advised me that the price of fuel could get higher next year, and therefore suggested me to increase my gas and electricity contingency just in case It gets higher, and it actually did get higher. |
