My circumstances:
I am a manager, I had a debt of 80k and a property with approx 8k equity (my share) at the time of starting IVA.
My interaction with the company:
I first approached Thomas Charles, who over the telephone told me an IVA was the best solution for me. No mention of DMP/BR. Had to pay 2 monthly payments and then the case was passed to the associated company Accuma. Agreed with TC in July 06, creditors meeting was not until Feb 07. No reason why the delay was so great.The IVA was accepted after some modifications, which I feel I was pressured into accepting. Such was my desperation.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I would have given a minus rating if it was available - everything is fine with Accuma if payments can be made, but a hint of trouble and they do not want to know. Have never been able to speak to actual IP only assistants who can only relay messages.

Communication, courtesy, professionalism.....need I go on????? 
Other points
Still waiting to see if a reduction in payments can me made - looks like the IVA will fail. Originally have would have paid 56p/£.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
