| i am a professional from Derby, married with children. We had 36k of debt, and no equity. |

| I rang them, they arranged a member of staff to call round and discuss all options available to me. Once all details had been collected, they sorted out the proposal and dealt with all me creditors on my behalf. They were very helpful. |

| I rated them 9 out of 10 because they were friendly and understanding and helped no end with hassle from my creditors. |
