| i am a civil servant. i had £31,000 debt and no equity in my property |

| i called an independant debt company, and was put forward to the IVA company after discussions with them |

| communication was excellent, and they were more than happy to explain things that i did not understand. |

| i wrote off all the debt with the sale of my car (raising £12,750) although i cannot, i would not have another credit card. |
