| I am a nurse who had over 30k of debt. I could not meet payments and was at my wits end. I had no property and not much of any value. |

| My case was presented to Grosvenor Partners by a third party. I found them to be realistic, reassuring and extrememly competant. They answered all my questions fully and explained anything I did not understand. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I rated them 10 out of 10 on all counts because they were so efficient, speedy, friendly and matter of fact. They showed me all options and when I had made my decision they helped me at every step of the way. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| They put my debts problems into perspective and helped me to regain some of the confidence that I had lost through my debt problems. they showed me that there are solutions and did not judge me. |

| I cannot think of anything to enter here. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. |
