| I spoke with Melanie from the IVA advice bureau, but it quickly became clear that an IVA wasnt for us due to my husband being self-employed. Melanie put me in touch with Andrew at Bright Oak who was helpfulness personified. He explained the options open me, helped me decide on a DMP and then started the ball rolling. Despite some of my creditors being rather aggressive and unhelpful, Andrew kept fighting my corner and took away the hassle, embarrasment and fear for me. |

| Bright Oak are always extremely helpful and reassuring. When Im worrying about the DMP process Andrew always explains exactly where were up to, whats going to happen next and sets my mind at rest. |
