My circumstances:
Am a Nurse living in London got into debt through relationship breakdown.
My interaction with the company:
Rang DFD, very understanding, helpful, non judgemental, almost like chatting to a friend.<br> Starter pack arrived within a few days, sent it back with all info, phone call booked within days, IVA suggested & planned.<br> Two weeks later proposal arrived, sent back, creditors meeting arranged in just over two weeks.<br> Every phone call was helpful, with advice & guidence given.So grateful to DFD as they gave me the help to get out of this extremely frightening situation

I rated them 10 out or 10 because they were excellent & helped me all the way through this daunting time.

Comment: In this treview at bottom page ; One thing they did.. says "Everything was excellent". In a previous review of 10/10 exactly same words were used - hence doubt its genuine

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
