My circumstances:
We are a married couple living in kent. We had 60k of debt with no assets
My interaction with the company:
We contacted IVA.COM who passed our case to grosvenor partners who called me back the next day.We had a telephone interview with Mark who was totally professional,honest& non judgemental. Most of our interaction has been with Camilla who has been brilliant and has put our minds at rest on many occasions
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Cannot fault them. They have always answered any worries or queries quickly, were totally non judgemental and very friendly.Camilla has been fantastic and is a huge credit to the company.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
just being there when we needed any advice or queries and treating us like humans beings
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
nothing 
Other points
our IVA has been appoved at 32p in the pound. Wish we had asked for help sooner instead of burying our heads in the sand and letting our situation get so out of control.You learn from your mistakes and we will never<br> let us get into this situation again and never be afraid to ask for help.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
