My circumstances:
I had debts amounting to 26k on a small income; I worked in retail. After entering into a doomed DMP with PayPlan (I was looking to be free of my debt within something like 11 years), I was recommended W3 by another IP who was unable to take my case on at that time
My interaction with the company:
They were very quick, very professional, had a delightful woman sitting at the end of an e-mail address who answered every single one of my queries. The proposal was put forward very quickly and I was never made to feel as though there was a problem; Ive read some horror stories of IPs quibbling over everything and anything, but I believe that they acted fully in my interests.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Because they were absolutely flawless, professional and supportive at all times
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
When I needed to conclude my IVA early to get a withdrawn job offer overturned, the proposal was put forward to the creditors within 5 weeks, which was very, very fast. Although it lost them fees, they were happy to do so in order to assist me and the entire service from beginning to end was very impressive. I can recommend them unreservedly
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I had no direct contact with my IP, though the contact I did have with another employee proved more than sufficient. 
Other points
Ive concluded my IVA and am waiting on my certificate of completion. Ive learnt not to get into debt again, basically! My eventual dividend was 35p/£, and out of an initial debt of 26k, I ended up paying back £12,400.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
