My circumstances:
I am a business consultant living in the North west and had personal debts to the value of 79k and a property with equity of 10k.
My interaction with the company:
From the initial enquiry through to the proposal stage and then the creditors meeting the service received has been superb. the whole process was open & transparent and all options were discussed. Any questions were dealt with efficiently. I was so glad to have chosen this company.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 out of 10 because their service was consistenly excellent throughout the whole process. They were focused on my needs as a client at all times.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
When I first made contact with the firm (after having a negative experience with another firm) I was put at ease straight away by the approach and manner of the advisor- she was genuinely interested in helping me.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
