| My circumstances: |
| I am a carpenter, i work in London, i am married and have six dependent children, my wife and i got into debt when we moved into council accomidation, the property needed a lot of work done to it,and we need funiture as we had lived in furnished accomadation prior to the move, we took a loan out, and ordered a lot of furniture via mail order, and credit cards, and ended up with 20k worth of debt |

| my wife filled in a application for advice on the internet, and Marcus Bird from One Advice called her with in two minuets,my wife had a very long conversation with Marcus Bird, and with in two weeks we had the proposal,and within four weeks our proposal had been accepted by our creditors, Everybody we have had contact with have been very freindly, and supportive |

| i have given them ten out of ten because they have listened to our debt problems, offered us all their expertise and help, they have been very quick, we feel we have had a very personal and friendly service, |
