| My circumstances: |
| I retired from the Police and moved to spain where I became an estate agent, only to get caught in a market crash. I lost around 110K and all the equity in my property went |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I researched the internet and Melanie Giles replied to my questions, in a professional and thorough manner, explaining all the proposals available, her staff with knowledgable and most helpfull and as a consequence a sensible proposal was made and accepted at a creditors meeting. I would recomend them to anyone and sugest that they do know the best cours of action to take, dont be afraid to call them, they are good listeners, and do have the solutions. |

| They were extremly helpful and not condesending, they showed professionalism, tempered with understanding and they worked hard to get a good solution to the problem at hand |

| The initail contact with the company which is probably the most important, was impressive, they helped gather all the information to hand and gave good and sound advice, which aided in being able to deal and understand the creditors position and what some of them would ask for. |
| One thing they did - which I felt could be improved: |
| Only on one accassion could the communication been improved and that was in fact delbt with. |
| Other points |
| I am now a self employed property consultant in Spain and trying to put together a new life. This has taught me donot go into credit cards, and dont be tempted to take up the offer of a cheap loan to consolidate, it does not work., if your circumstances suddenly change as mine did, you can very easily find your self in very deep. My IVA was for 42p in the pound, which neant that somewhere in the region of 64,000 pounds was written off. So ask yourself the 64,000 pound question and dont do credit. |
