| My circumstances: |
| I approached them last yaer with some problems, they advised an IVA and I agreed. Now I find that I had other options especialy with my job, they are clearly only driven by what they can make from me and probably others. I feel that I have been missold an IVA and I am seeking advise about this, as I am paying far to much and if properly advised would have just went bankrupt.<br> <br> I would not recommend them. |

| I have learnt that people should not jump into the first advise they are given.<br> <br> I now realise I had more options. I will be trying to get out of this and have enlisted the help of the IVA Council. |

| Comment: I see that here is another who has fallen into the trap of a semi-official-looking letter from the IVA Council. If the original poster can read this you will be well advised to think long and hard before you part company with £1000 to accomplish a task you can do yourself for nothing. | ||
