My circumstances:
Circumstances found us in an unsaleable property with mounting debts which then became larger than the equity anyway and after one year in a debt management program it was clear that we were not making any headway. Some debts were even increasing, leaving us no way out but admit insolvency and take further advice.
My interaction with the company:
We were contacted by Grosvenors in response to enquires made over the internet and having set up the IVA we feel a great sense of relief. Grosvenors couldnt have been more pleasant or efficient.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
We rated them 9 out of 10 because our experience with the debt management plan showed Grosvenors to be far superior team.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Simply treating us with dignity and respect and making the whole experience bearable.

Other points
We wont ever rely on credit again and any equity in our property in the future wont be tied up with debts. Were starting from scratch but with lessons learned were stronger than before.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
