| My circumstances: |
| I am a Reprographics Operator who has a small family with 2 Daughters and was £24500 in debt to 6 creditors and were all Credit Cards.<br> I was Robbing Peter to Pay Paul,doing shedloads of extra work and overtime just to keep creditors happy and ply them with loads of INTEREST!!! which was the CRIPPLER!!!<br> in my situation.<br> I don,t have a mortgage or assets as such and after reading and studying DEBT SOLUTIONS i considered an IVA to be my best route as i didnt want to go Bankrupt.<br> I AM NOW PAYING £345 per month which is manageable and have made some cut backs on my mobile phone and SKY TV.<br> Its amazing how much money you chuck away on STUFF YOU DONT REALLY WATCH OR NEED!! |

| I used this website as my shop around as i had already made my mind up after long thought that an IVA is my best route forward.I advise others who are taking this route to do the same.<br> The companies and IP that stood out the most was Philip Gill & Co and the IVA Advice Bureau and in particular Melanie Giles who seems to be doing a Torvill & Dean scoring perfect scores on all the reviews.<br> This was my way forward and Tina,Angela,Melanie and Sarah were all FANTASTIC!! in getting my proposal through.<br> There was a very slight modification but it is a million times better than before and lets hope that i can bring it all to a succesful conclusion which is what it is all about and is what we as a family deserve as well as our creditors |

| I gave them 10 out 10 as they were always there and know that it is a VERY STRESSFUL SITUATION!!!Applying and doing an IVA is not easy and is definately not the way as portrayed on TV. |

| Listened to all my Worries and Questions and were always answering my E-Mails and Blogs on the IVA.CO.UK Forum as well at any hour.<br> CRIKEY!! do they go to bed.<br> |

| I cant fault them with anything really and feel that even though some HOME TRUTHS!! hurt as Melanie Giles<br> stated ,some things during my proposal stage really HIT HOME!!! it is things that needed to be said and i am glad that they did and couldt have asked for anything more. |
