| both me and my husband enquired about an iva as we were on debt management but with the small amount of debt i had i should of been put off doing a iva as i owed less than 2.000 pounds the fees were more than double the debt amount |

| they only told me about my modifications from the meeting not my husbands so we agreed not knowing my husband had 21 modifications for the iva .we were mislead to accept the iva |

| Comment: i was with dawson and white but my iva payments were set too high and i couldnt manage my iva failed after two years after paying 650,00 a month so my creditors didnt recieve anything because the fees were taken first so im in the same position as i was two years ago. make sure you can afford the payments before agreeing.i may try again later in the year | ||

| Comment: I am with Dawson White at the moment and must say their service is outstanding,polite and corteous, and I am a worrier but they have been so helpful all the way. I must say whoever has wrote this review probably doesn't want to face up to their debt problems, theres no helping some people. keep up the great work Dawson White!! | ||

| Comment: Beware! shop around first ,IVA.com has some very good advice, try at least two different companys always read as much information as possible as i was with this company and it went from bad to worse . so please do some research first. | ||

| Comment: I doubt this review is genuine. Creditors are generally opposed to accepting IVA's where the IP fees exceed the unsecured debts. creditors would usually view an informal arrangement as more beneficial in this case. some reviews and comments on here amount to deliberate disinformation. It is worth seeking independent advice if you have any doubts which are not addressed by the IP, before proceeding. | ||
