My circumstances:
I work in an office and owed £35,000. I rent privately and have no equity or savings.
My interaction with the company:
I rang them, they listened to my situation and recommended I go and see them and discuss my options. I got an appointment the same week. An IVA was the best option for me. I recevied the forms the same week, I completed and returned them, after some small changes the IVA was accepted at the creditor meeting. I found them to be friendly and helpful.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I gave them 10 out 10 as contacting them in the first place was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. I felt a failure as I was in such a mess with my finances. I wasnt sleeping and had terrible mmod swings.After meeting with them for the first time I felt like a huge weight had been lifted from me. They were there to help me. They offer a personal service you not are treated like another statistic you are treated as an individual and they take your cricumstances into account. They were not judgemental nor patronising.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I now feel like there is light at the end of the tunnel. I know it will take 5 years to clear everything but I have an achievable goal and there is an end date.

I owed £35,000 and was paying out over £900.00 a month to my creditors I now owe £27,000 and will be paying £450.00 a month.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
