| My circumstances: |
| As an aspiring young professional I left uni with a lot of debt and continued the trend until my payments became unbearable. I ended up with 23K of unsecured debt. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| Initially it went well but when things change like your circumstances no one wants to actually help you without you incurring a charge for it - not helpful for someone in debt anyway! |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I felt that they needed to be slightly more compassionate and not so condescending and it would be helpful if you occassionaly got to speak to your IP! |

| I have learnt that given the time again i would rather look elsewhere for help. I am constantly being told that I owe them extra money and no one is prepared to be helpful. |
