My circumstances:
I live with my husband and two children, years of living on loans and credit cards, we followed my sons motocross habbit did up three houses we ended up with around £60k in debt and I panicked and telephoned Dedt Free Direct who put me on to Blair Endersby.
My interaction with the company:
Initial person I spoke to was helpful his supervisor was very patronising, not much information was given about other solutions. Most things done over the phone which seemed inpersonal.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Since the beginning and it did not have a good beginning my husband went off sick information has been confused, rude and unhelpful. The advisors are not sure what they are doing and I have only just after much complaining got to speak to my IP!! I have not had the information or support and felt the only option in bankruptcy.

Regular meetings with IP in person to discuss yearly review - one point of contact rather than call centre

I have been in the IVA for almost 18 months, we pay £527 a month and live on very little sometimes which is extremely hard. Your money is not your own, the only carrot is the debt free after 5 years bit but not sure if if is worth all the stress!! I should have communicated more with my creditors and tried to work out an alternative.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
