My circumstances:
I am a civil servant, I has over 30k of debt, no property or equity. I took an IVA, all was fine until I became seriously ill and couldnt afford the payments. Through the help of Varden Nuttall; when I was no longer working full time, they had a meeting with my creditors and the debt was deemed as paid even though i had fallen behind with payments. Varden Nuttall were extremely sympathetic to my needs.
My interaction with the company:
I searched the internet for debt advise and rang the company who recommended an IVA. And this was accepted after a creditors meeting. They were very helpful.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
They provided a sympathetic ear and were really helpful.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:

One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing, everything they did for me was first class. 
Other points
My current circumstances are that I am still not in good health but am slowly returning to work, Varden Nuttall arranged a variation with the creditors and they accepted everything that I had paid so far. The IVA has now finished.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
