| My circumstances: |
| my self and my husband has £28k debt between us, i have 3 children and rent a house,i am not working at the moment and my husband is self employed, we have no equity |
| My interaction with the company: |
| i have 28k of debt between myself and my husband, these people assured me that after being on debt management for 2 years that an IVA would be the answer paying only £140 a month because my husband was self employed but after 9 months of paying in they want nearly £400 of us because we have to claim housing benefit and now in their eyes were better off! but if we had money we would be able to pay our rent!!!!now were worse off cause my husband isnt working at the moment being self employed but they dont care as long as theyre getting a big fat fee!!! oh and i just found out they should have offered me voluntry bankrupcy and we would have been debt free by now,i feel conned and let down and urge you all to go to the CAB office for free advice,genuine advice! |

| baecause they were all nice and sucked me in then our life wasnt stress free anymore it was ruined and now we re back to square one and worse of financially then we were when we first took it out |

| i am now in the process of voluntry bankrupcy and hopefully we will be debt free after we pay the fees which i might add are monthly payments which freeman jones said we had to pay upfront and obviously we didnt have it to do it so thanks to them it wasnt a option |

It’s important your IVA is sustainable and if any change can be verified I see no reason why we can’t review your payment(subject to creditor approval).We act and advise in the best interest of our clients.It’s important to ensure you have considered all options before making a decision if you’re some way into your IVA .It’s not to say we always get it right,if we can help ask for Steven Grogan.
