|My interaction with the company:|
|Cleardebt took over my IVA management after my previous IVA management company, INVOCAS decided to close the office that was dealing with my case and would no longer manage it. I was very relived and delighted with my first dealings with Cleardebt as with 15 minutes of speaking with them they had given me guidance and support on an issue that Invocas had been pondering for about 8 weeks. I needed guidance on restructuring my cost plan in order to replace 2 cars used to commute with 250,000 miles on the clock between them. Cleardebt were understanding and clearly explained what my obligations to the IVA were, they listened to my proposals and reasoning behind how it would be payed for without reducing my monthly IVA contribution. Cleardebt agreed to the proposal within a day, same question asked of INVOCAS was still undecided after several weeks of stalling, losing information, not being available and finally "we cannot give you a decision as your accountis being transfered". The stalling by INVOCAS cost me a great deal of money as one of the cars needed major surgery during INVOCAS`s lack of interest.|

Everyone i have spoken to or communicated with has been pleasant, informative, know what they are talking about and give appropriate advise.|
