| I spoke to them and all my options were explained in an easy to understand manner. This made my feel comfortable. I felt I was spoken to almost as a friend without being judged. |

| I gave these ratings as everything was explained very clearly to me and the process was much quicker than I thought. I felt this took most of my worries away. |
