My circumstances:
I am a Personal Assistant, living in London. I have approximately £42k of debt.
My interaction with the company:
They were very patient with me and explained all the processes and paperwork in detail which helped me along the way. I felt the communication and understanding I received was very helpful.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I had great communication with them and I felt peace at mind knowing my situation was being dealt with.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Their customer service.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing. 
Other points
I will write off approximately £26k and my dividend is 26 pence in the £.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
