My circumstances:
I was working for a large motoring organisation, earning 36k a year, I had 26k of debt, which was managable until loss of job. I got into employment again quickly, but went from 36k to 21k a year, and didnt have enough money each month to pay my way. Sold items of value to get by for a couple of months initially. Searched online for debt solutions.
My interaction with the company:
After searching online for debt solutions, ClearDebt contacted first from all companies tried. Very helpful, professional and reassuring. From my circumstances, (large mortgage, secured loan, and unsecured debts totalling 26k, plus having 4 children), they recommended an IVA to be best solution for me. All forms were sent quickly, all well laid out, anything I didnt understand, I could ring through to Them and everything was explained clearly for me.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated 10 out of 10 for all aspects of the service, made it very straightforward, kept me well informed throughout the whole process. All staff that I have dealt with have been very helpful and knowledgeable. Using CLearDebt, I felt that they took alot of pressure off for me, at a very stressful time for myself and my family.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Difficult to choose, I found the whole process from start to acceptance of my IVA excellent, and a year into my 5 year term, I am still very happy with all aspects of their service.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I didnt find anything through the process I felt could be improved upon, from my own experience. 
Other points
My current circustances are a year into a 5 year IVA. My dividend was 26k and at the end of the 5 year term, 20k will have been written off.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
