My circumstances:
I am employed as a driver and living in Felixstowe. I had debts of 56k and I rent.
My interaction with the company:
When I first Spoke to Tudor Kirk I spoke to Kerry and she was great. She went through everything with me and explained all the the options to me.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 out of 10 because they took the pressure off me and took the situation out of my hands. The service was great and the information was solid.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I was never left in the dark wondering what was going on
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
no I dont think anything needs improving 
Other points
writting off 47k altogether over the 5 years. 8.30p dividend going to my creditors.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
