|I am a teacher, who took out an IVA to help pay back my Â£25000 of expenses. I have paid my IVA for the last 5 years, in full and without any disruptions. Due to successfully paying for the 5 years, I didnt send off paper work for reviewing. So now I still owe Freeman Jones Â£7000 in outstanding money, as my wages raised since the start of my contract with this company. Due to this situation Freeman Jones are not supporting, as I am unable to pay back the amount that they expect me to pay. This has caused me no other option than to state that I am bankrupt.|

|i have called and paid regularly, with limited information from them on the importants of the reviews. To no have no support and them just wanting more and more money from me, causing me to not have any money to enjoy life.|

|I am unsatisfied with the service and support I have recieved from this company, even after going through complaint processdures|

|The orginal help and shown understanding at the beginnins of the contract to falsely show that they are helpful.|

|Improve customer support and explaining the importance of reviews.|
|My current circumstance that I will start going through bankurpcy and I have paid off Â£13000 of my delts.|

|Comment: Payments to your IVA are based on affordability, in a change in circumstance payments may need to go up or down. The Supervisor of your IVA has a duty to act fairly between you and your creditors. Reviews throughout your IVA are essential for successful completion. The importance of reviews are reiterated during the arrangement in writing and verbally. For IVAs to end successfully we need the full co-operation of all parties involved.SJ|
