My circumstances:
I am a carer with debts of 50k, I had been putting off dealing with my situation for a long time.
My interaction with the company:
After the first phone call I found them very re-assuring.<br> Every detail was explained to me , and checked I fully understood before making my decision to proceed.my IVA was accepted.now I feel relieved I took that step to solve my debt situation.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10/10 because they were most helpful,reassuring and professional every step of the way.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They were very happy to answer all my questions which at the time seemed silly.i liked that the same person completed each stage of process and was available to be contacted.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:

Other points
I am in the early stages of the IVA and feel the relief of being back in control. I have learnt that you have to face the problem and deal with it.<br>

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
