My circumstances:
I am a bus driver in london with one child and my wife.<br> I had 25k of debt and was struggling to pay the debt off. I am on a low wage and my wife works very little.<br>
My interaction with the company:
I phoned Cleardebt and it has changed my life. They were very friendly and helpful and understood without judgement. They recommended an IVA which i went for.<br> They collected all my docs and worked out how much i could afford to pay. The IVA was accepted and now i have one small monthly payment to make.<br> No more sleepless nights and worry.<br> Thank you Cleardebt.I would recommend this company 100%.<br> <br>
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10/10 because it is a fantasic company who deal with your debt and let you carry on your day to day living without worrying.Very fast service and friendly.<br>

Other points
I am starting my IVA now and feel happy that i can pay what i can afford. I have learned after speaking to the company how to budget and keep an eye on my money.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
