| I was a business owner and lost the business with 117k of debt |
| My interaction with the company: |
| We had an IVA with Debt Lifeboat, who were very good, but David Sharpe was able to advise us on how to finish this IVA much sooner and much cheaper, which was wonderful. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| David drove from Leeds to our house in Derby on a Sat am to talk this through, spent 2 hours or more with us and gave advice which we did not even have to pay him for (though we did choose to pay for his help to the tune of £350) |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| He was willing to give up a Sat am and all that time with no reward. |
| One thing they did - which I felt could be improved: |
| Nothing. This man was polite, helpful, and altogether brilliant |

| We were able to settle our debt with 99k written off, where the original arrangement would have cost us around £38k more and taken 6 years. |
