| We contacted them, they listened to our situation and recommended an IVA. We found them to be helpful and friendly. |

| We rated them 10 out of 10 because they were good, understanding and explained everthing to us. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| We were impressed with the collection of the paperwork, we had very little to do, they took the information from us, sorted this out and when we were ready send a courier out to collect all our paperwork. |

| We have learnt not to get into debt again and explain to our children why debt is bad. We had 22k of debt and will be paying back 16 pence in the pound. |
