My circumstances:
Admin worker with 55k debt and property wih no equity
My interaction with the company:
I rang for advice after realising that my DMP was going nowhere and wantd a sensible solution to my debt problems with an end in sight.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I felt that I could put my faith in their expertise and I could contact them at any time and received prompt responses. My IVA has worked out as well as I could have hoped.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Respond very quickly to e-mails and telephone calls. I also was impressed that bankruptcy was discussed as an option even as I was entering the IVA so all options were available to me.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I wasnt advised to stop my DMP payments immediately when I applied for the IVA so could have put a little money by for emergencies. 
Other points
I have just had my IVA proposal accepted and am paying 16p in the pound which may hopefully increase with work prospects and my wife working. I have written off around £40,000

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
