My circumstances:
I was in a panic as my debts were building up due do a loss of commission from my salary. I was quickly put at ease and was delighted to see rapid progress. I was keen to proceed and because I had all my paperwork ready the firm could proceed to produce an IVA proposal quickly.
My interaction with the company:
always there to answer calls and emails
Why I gave the ratings I did:
this firm seemed to have all the answers to my concerns and were very efficient
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
able to take calls up to 9.00pm and very good "bed side manner"
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
parking outside their offices is limited 
Other points
In an IVA and happy. I have learned that help is there and there are professionals who make it their job to provide solutions.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
