| I called them and they spoke to me about a IVA. I t sounded the best option for me so i decided to proceed with the IVA. My paperwork came within the week, and now 6 weeks later my IVA has been accepted by my crediotrs. |

| 10/10. The whole process was explained to me and i was under no presure to say yes to anything( no hard sell) |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| The first phone call i had was great. I was not presured into going for the IVA. I was always kept in touch of the whole process, and never felt as a number. |
