My circumstances:
I am a Stock Auditor earning about 10.5K and had £100K of debt.
My interaction with the company:
Bridgestones got in touch with me after initially dealing with Vincent Bond. We went through a I&E form and took all my factors in to consideration. I was at the time on a DMP paying £249 per month but I was struggling with this payment. I was very pleased when Bridgestones put forward an IVA at a more affordable price for me. I found Steven Cook very friendly to deal with as well as very professional and always answered my questions in a fast and positive manner.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 9 out of 10 because of their friendly and professional manner.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They took on my case when many companies wouldnt.

Other points
I have just paid my first installment of a 60 month IVA. My dividend was 4p/£ and so have had a massive chunk of my debt written off after completion.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
