My circumstances:
We had debt of over £120,000 which we were just about "managing" but it just got to the stage were we couldnt juggle any longer and we could only see how we could pay the monthly debt for one more month.
My interaction with the company:
We actually started the IVA with another company who were then taken over by ClearDebt. We completed the paperwork and they returned the legal documents for signature. Everything went so smoothly. We did have to switch to an interest-only mortgage to provide more funds but the result was our IVA was accepted. They were so professional from the outset. Although I felt extremely guilty that I could not repay all my debts they were so understanding I wish I had approached them much sooner.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I cannot fault ClearDebt or the company they took over. The IVA has run perfectly for three years and they have honoured commitments they made at outset such as helping us to finace a ballon payment on our car. The payment program has always been affordable and fair.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They made the IVA a reality, despite some of the creditors declining and therefore gave us our lives back and the chance of a future.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I cant think of anything. 
Other points
Apart from my mortage and the remaining term of the IVA we have no debt and we have lived for 3 years on the money we earn, which was exactly what we wanted - chance to get straight and live on what we earn. We cannot foresee any reason why we cannot live within our income when we complete the IVA. We are going to pay back approximately 72% of the money we owe. Based on our experience, I would recommend them to anyone and do it sooner rather than later.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
