My circumstances:
I am an office worker living in london. I have approx £17k of debt and i rent my home (flat)
My interaction with the company:
RE10 contacted me by phone, they advised an IVA is the best option for me. They explained how it works and i accepted and agreed.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rate them 10 because they were excellent and i felt i could trust them.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Took the initiative to contact me having some knowledge of my circumstances and recommended and produced the IVA proposal.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
