| My circumstances: |
| After many years we had clocked up 59,000 of debt between my husband and myself, no idea how it every got to this stage just the usual quick fix solutions. We did get a fantastic man called Don who delt with us and had such empathy when doing so. he was so knowledgable about a situation which I thought was hopeless. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| The company overall were fantastic to deal with but my heart would stop everytime I seen his name on my mobile. We sat up a very satisfactory IVA for us. We are now entering our 4th year, we have struggled but managed to meet our payments every month. The only concern I would have is now in the 4th year they are looking a 250 a month jump, suddenly I feel we are getting swallowed up in payments again. i would say at the end of the 5 years we will probably have paid back about 52,000 of the debt. The only thing I would suggest is a bit more support once you are actually in the IVA to encourage you along and let you know how well things are going. |

| They are a very reliable and trustworthy company and the girl I deal with now, Mairead, is very empathatic and will listen to all I have to say. if it kills us we will definitely see this through and at least there is light at the end of the tunnel |

| I think they cant just hike up the IVA without talking you through it and letter you know that you will be able to survive the next 2 yeras |

| At the end of the 5 years we will have paid back about 89P in every pound, was it worth the stress I am not sure, can I survive the next 2 years I really hope so !! |
