My circumstances:
I got in financial debt due to circumstances with my job, i.e. no pay rise in a few years and then a complete overtime ban, fuel prices also going sky high. This hit me quite badly and I was struggling to pay my monthly bills and credit cards. I needed help
My interaction with the company:
I contacted CelearDebt through the internet late one evening. I got a call from them the very next morning to discuss my situation and advising of my options and how they would work. All forms where completed and the IVA was accepted by my creditors. Any problems I had where dealt with by ClearDebt.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 out of 10, because they really understood my position. Also when I did contact them, I always spoke to my advisor, who was up to date with my case.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I was getting calls from one of my creditors roughly every day. When i spoke to ClearDebt about this, they contacted the creditor direct for me and all calls from them stopped

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
