| My circumstances: |
| I found myself with debts of around £170.000 following the break down of my marriage which led to my house being repossessed and subsequently sold at auction for considerably less that its market value. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| My options were somewhat limited as I wished to avoid bankruptcy due to the potential problems it could cause. An IVA was recommended, and McCambridge Duffy did all that they could to secure an arrangement that was fair to both myself and my creditors. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| They successfully argued that some of the stipulations that my creditors put forward were unfair and unreasonable. I felt that the advice I received was good quality, and appropriate to my circumstances. |
