My circumstances:
I live in Norh East and had debt of £37k following failed relationship. Robbing Peter to pay Paul.
My interaction with the company:
Contacted Thomas Charles, they passed me on to Grosvenor Partners who were a great help. Only problem was call from creditors mainly Norther Rock - as soon as I told them as the other creditors I was going for an IVA and with Grovenor Parners the calls almost all stopped - some had been three time a day.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
They gave what apeared to be great advice and had a huge reputation with creditors.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Took the time to answer all my questions no matter how silly I thought they must think I was being.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Not one thing 
Other points
IVA accepted, one creditor wanted £40 extra a month, they had been offered .45p and so Grovenor got that down to £25 extra - can just manage with that.

Comment: this is a completely fabrication. Having dealt with Grosvenor Partners LLP personaly i can tell you that they make you feel like you have done somthing wrong by getting into debt and you can rarely get hold of them after 6pm and for a women who works all the time that means no contact. they are rubbish.......

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
