| My circumstances: |
| We have had several unsecured debts totalling of £47 000 and basiclly our debts were spiralling out of control.<br> We were both full time in employment and also we owned a property with very little of equity.<br> Iva is now finished and we have paid totalling 9,400 and rest of the debt was wiped off <br> |

| They were very professional,helpful and they were always available to give us advice even in a difficult time.<br> Very quick response to all our emails and letters.<br> |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I felt completely at ease with them, no judgement through out whole 6 years. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| Giving us support through whole 6 years and reminding us that there is light at the end of the tunnel.Even now that Iva is finished still we were told if we got and problem with our creditor to contacted them and they will resolve problems with them. |

| We have learnt to budget better and prove to us self that we do not need loans or credit card so we live now with in our means.<br> We have had unsecured debts amounted to over £47,000, and that dividends of 20.12 pence in the pound were paid, totalling over £9,400.<br> Its a great feeling being with out debts!!<br> <br> <br> |
