| I am retired and live in Wales, I had 32k of debt and no equity. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I contacted them and went on a Debt Management programme for a short while, due to my wifes ill health, it was clear I could not repay my debts, they recommended an IVA for me, I found them to be very helpful and friendly. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I rated them 10 out of 10 as they were good, advised me of the process thoughout the arrangement, I cannot fault them, I can now see a light at the end of the tunnel. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| the persistance of the staff, my IVA was rejected and they adjourned the meeting for two weeks while they chased votes so they could overturn my rejection. |

| I have learnt to avoid credit cards and not to get into debt. I had 32k of debt and i will be paying back 35 pence in the pound |
