My circumstances:
i am a working mum with 3kids me an my husband totalled up a debt of 54k and a property equity of 0 as i have a mortgage.
My interaction with the company:
when i rang them they were very helpful they made an appointment with me to discuss my situation at a convenient time for me to adjust around my kids
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i ave the company a 10 as the service i received was excellent i was always comfortable with them discussing anything any problems i had they would be just a phone call away. You hear these horror stories about thiese companies ripping you off but with them even though i did not know them i could trust them from the way they spoke they knew what they were doing all the way
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
i didnt had to mail all my neccessary documents. They were happy to receive the documents by email. it made my life alot easier
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
the only small minor thing is that the day before the creditors meeting they should have just confirmed that everything is in place for the meeting or on the day just about 10mins before the creditors meeting but its a minor issue cos i called them an told me not to worry everything is ok and going perfectly 
Other points
I did a full and final settlement of 15k i roughly written written off 41k. I have learnt not to ever take out a credit card or loan only use the money that i have in my bank as it brought alot of strain in my marriage

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
