My circumstances:
We are a couple with two young children and a combined debt of almost £50,000. We have no equity in our property and no savings.
My interaction with the company:
We had a lengthy chat to Tina Shortland who listened to our sutuation and recommended we look in to an IVA. She was always at the end of the phone if we ever needed to ask her anything and she was never judgemental. It was a long process for us to gather all the information required as we are self employed but someone was always available to keep us on track and guide us in the right direction. Eventually, we were ready to put the proposal together and with the advice and support of Angela Smith and then Marc Tucker we agreed on the figures and had this agreed by Susan Clay in a Skype meeting. Our IVA was accepted at the creditor meeting with no changes required. Susan was so thorough and explained everything so clearly. We have been really impressed with all members of the team from start to finish!
Why I gave the ratings I did:
We have rated 10 out of 10 for everything because our experience was so good. We have been guided and helped every step of the way. Each member of the team has played a vital role in helping us understand our finances and how we move forward in our IVA. They have all been kind, helpful and supportive. No-one ever made us feel like they were judging us and they were positive from the start.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
We were impressed with their communication and their understanding of our business/income figures. They were so thorough that we felt really confident in a positive outcome.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
We cannot think of anything! 
Other points
We had our IVA accepted at 38p in the £. We will pay back approximately £18,000 after 60 months.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
