My circumstances:
I was basically spending more than what I earnt for a considerable amount of time. Credit cards would hit there limit and would be automatically increased by the lenders until I could spend no more, therefore loans would be arranged to clear debts but credit cards would not be cut up but used again. So ended up paying credit card debts and loans.
My interaction with the company:
After contacting the Consumer Credit Counselling Service I was put in touch with Debt Lifeboat and a meeting was arranged with my IP to discuss the way forward. The forms were filled in and I was accepted for and IVA.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Very professional and to the point, you are told what is expected of you during an IVA. Great communication and always there to give advice.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
After the IVA was completed they were still there to help and offer advice on what happens next, still had time for you.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing. There really is light at the end of the tunnel! 
Other points
IVA now complete, dividends of 41.77 pence in the pound were paid, I had over £28,600 worth of debt written off.<br> I have through this process been taught the value of money, to be patient and be happy with what you have got. Cash is King, I spend my own money now, not somebody elses.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
