My circumstances:
Work in Lincolnshire - living at home
My interaction with the company:
all the help I got from Indra with my IVA I couldnt fault, I could ring or txt her if there was anything I needed or just wanted someone to talk to about it, everything from the start went so smooth from day one, all the people iv spoaken to at Vincent Bond have been friendly and no one judged me which was one of the thing that i was worried about, they have kept the creditors happy for me and taken the stress from me. I cant rate Vincent Bond any higher <br>
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Everything went smoothly from day one and nobody judged me which was one of the things that I was worried about. All the stress was taken away from me.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I was able to ring or text Indra @ Vincent Bond about anything anytime
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
None

60% write off - £200/month payment for £21k of debt

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
