| I was on an DM Plan. I spoke to someone about an iva, and they said it would be more suited for me. I recieved paperwork, i read it and signed it. Now i have a IVA. |

| 10/10 .Everybody is friendly, reasuring, very efficent. No problems at all |

| The way they talk to you is great. You never feel embarassed to talk about your debt.Any problemS you have are dealt with straight away. Really impressed!!!! |
