| I have been with Harrington Brooks for sometime on a Debt Management programme, they contacted me to recommend an IVA, I found them to be friendly and helpful |

| I rated them 10 out of 10 because they were helpful, I have had no problems and have sorted my probelems out. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| I found Harrington Brooks to be friendly and helpful, they have a website that has an on line chat service which i found to be very good as I do not like to dicuss my issues over the phone. |

| I was disabled for sometime, and though only on benefits, i found it too easy to obtain credit either loans or credit cards and with only being on benefits at the time it became harder to repay me debts back. |
